Buffet Info
- Minimum 30 guests. 5 days notice required.
- Plates & cutlery packs available for additional fee.
- All food is delivered in non-disposable catering trays ready to eat with utensils, servingware & food signage.
- All equipment will be picked up next day. We may charge a fee for any lost or damaged equipment.
- Standard portions are Protein 200g each and Sides 100g each. Extra protein available.
Serving Suggestions
- Vegetarian/Vegan mains are only for guests with dietaries.
- Guests with dietaries should be allocated first in line. Any vegetarian or gluten free etc guests should be invited up first before the main party.
- Medium sized plates should be used to allow food to be reasonably portioned. Once everyone has been allocated guests may be able to have second serves.
- Ideally someone should be available to help portion to avoid food running short.
- Due to the nature of buffet menus, we may not be able to cater to specific dietaries or restrictions.
